In my book
A Park Ranger's Life I told the story of my experience with some unexplained phenomena at Hampton House in Towson, Maryland. A recent article in the Towson Patch references this adventure. Check it out at:

Hampton House in Towson, Maryland |
I worked in a museum which had originally been the county poor farm. In addition to the main building, there is a pest house, pauper cemetary, and lunatic house. Talk about scary. Several folks, many of whom were probably not using mind-bending drugs at the time, report a young woman apparently happily roaming the grounds. Lucky for me, no such encounters.
